The Larry Markum School of Pastoral Training
E.I.M. is involved in training local churches, pastors, laypersons and national pastors in the working of the ministry. We are dedicated to strengthening the foundational structure
of missions around the world. Some of the teaching is as follows:
- The man and his ministry. The training of a ministry in the area of a pastor’s focus, flock and family.
- How to Shepherd a flock. The training of how to take care of the people God has given you to shepherd.
- The working of Spiritual gifts in the church. The training of a local church to focus on the Spiritual Gifts of individuals and how to develop a ministry that uses that Spiritual Gift to the greatest potential and growth of the church.
- AIDS teaching, testing and training. Teaching on how the AIDS virus affects the body. We use the alphabetical method to teach the spiritual implication of AIDS. Getting youth involved in the teaching and training of other youth about AIDS testing.
- Evangelism in the local church. The building of a strong local church using the One-on-One method of personal evangelism.
- Growing a mission from ground up. Using Ephesians chapter Four to develop a strong group of believers for a foundation of a local church.
- Leadership in the ministry: Leadership is not an option it is essential to growing a Christ Centered Church.
- Parenting Teens: Teaching parents to guide their teens through the slippery slopes of the adolescent years.
