West Africa, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Cote D'Ivoire

Ghana, Africa was the first country that EIM began working.  In 1997, CEO Rocky Goodwin traveled with a medical team to Ghana.  While doctors were examining patients Rocky was sharing with the patients the love of Jesus Christ.  It became very obvious that God was leading our organization to work in West Africa. 

Because we saw first hand the poverty, malnutrition, and food insecurity... EIM in 2002 registered as an NGO (Non-Government Organization) in Ghana.  With this registration we gained a tax and duty free exemption.  With this exemption we were able to ship to Ghana in 2003 food, clothing, and Shepherd Bags ^TM to a very remote and impoverished area called Zabzugu.   With this container EIM was able to help relieve many children of hunger and malnutrition.  For this community we were able to bring hope, joy, and love.

In 2004 we partnered with USAID and Breedlove Foods to begin a school feeding program.  With this program, we were able to feed over 50,000 school children a meal per day for over two years.  During this time, school attendance increased by 45%, as well as a large increase in scholastic achievements.  EIM was also asked to help the teachers by teaching lessons on character and morals.  As a result of this opportunity we were able to influence thousands of children to practice Christian principles and behavior. 

Not only have we been involved in West Africa conducting humanitarian relief but our primary focus has been on Evangelism.  Over the last 10, years we have seen tens of thousands come to know Jesus in a personal way.  EIM has conducted thousands of crusades throughout Ghana, Burkina Faso, Cote D'Ivoire, Togo, and Benin.

Moses Adjekwei serves as our Country Director.  Moses had conducted hundreds of crusades throughout West Africa and truly has a heart for the salvation of his countrymen. 

Our future plans look extremely hopeful. We are very excited about the possibilities of ministering throughout West Africa.  As a long range plan EIM is planning on building and beginning a School of Evangelism.  Please pray with us as we attempt to find the funds for this large undertaking.  With this training center, we will be able to train and prepare young men throughout West Africa to win and train others for the spread of the gospel throughout the whole of Africa.  EIM earnestly desires to play a huge role in winning West Africa to Jesus Christ.
