ROCKY GOODWIN, Founder and CEO
Bro. Rocky was saved in Kalamazoo, Michigan, in 1956 and has been in the ministry for 60 years. He has served as pastor of churches in Michigan, Arkansas, and Alabama. He is the founder and director of Evangelistic International Ministries, which began in 1998. EIM is currently ministering in 15 countries through feeding programs, Bible distribution, Shepherd Bags Ministry™, medical and evangelical teams, discipleship training, the BMA Barnabas Touch Ministry, and pastoral leadership training. Bro. Goodwin has obtained a bachelor’s degree in Bible and a master’s degree in Theology.
MIKE GOODWIN, President
Michael joined EIM on a part-time basis in 2000. He was pastoring Mt. Vernon Community Baptist Church when he began traveling 5-6 times a year with EIM. In 2003, Michael became a full-time employee of EIM as President and Program Director. Through his new role at EIM, he has directed many humanitarian and relief programs around the world as well as managed the financial administration of EIM. Michael has a strong passion for sharing the Gospel of Jesus whenever and to whomever. He currently travels over 100,000 miles a year preaching the Gospel and ministering to people all over the world.
Fonda joined the staff of Evangelistic International Ministries in January of 2007 to coordinate Mission Teams and the Shepherd’s Bag Ministry™ and to serve as the Warren Office Manager. She also assists Bro. Rocky in traveling with Shepherd’s Bag Distribution teams going overseas. Fonda is an active member of Calvary Baptist Church in Warren, AR and married to Danny Norris. They have two children and three grandchildren.
Rhonda Fetner, Finance Manager
Rhonda began working for EIM as our new Finance Manager in January of 2018. She brings years of office and finance experience and has a true heart for ministry. She and her husband, Deric, have lived in Magnolia, AR since 2010 and are active members of First Baptist Church in Magnolia.
Alicia Jackson, OBS Director
Alicia started traveling overseas with EIM in 2013 and joined the staff as OBS Director in 2017. God's grace has given her a passion to make Jesus famous all over the world! Alicia married Josh in 2003 and they have two children, Will and Karly Jo. They serve together as a family at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church in Plummerville, AR.
Danny Bullock, Pastoral Training Coordinator
Danny has served in the ministry for over 50 years in areas of youth, music, and pastor. At EIM, Danny is responsible for organizing, planning, and implementing our Pastoral Training trips. This ministry helps to support, train, and encourage pastors and missionaries in other countries around the world.
Danny has 5 children and 11 grandchildren.
